Main areas of interest:
Spontaneous hypoglycaemia - use of tests in the diagnosis of most endocrine and some metabolic causes of low blood glucose, including insulin, C-peptide, proinsulin (insulinoma, factitious) and IGF-1,IGF-II, IGFBP-3 (non-islet cell tumour, metabolic).
Growth disorders - use of tests in the diagnosis and treatment of under- and over- secretion of GH including IGF-1 and IGFBP-3.
